- My father was diagnosed with cancer in April 2023 and became bed/chair-bound until he passed in May 2024. The staff at this company tended to his care needs 4 times each day. All care staff were cheerful, compassionate, and kind to both my parents and the office staff were efficient and personable.My father looked forward to the care visits, and the carers became like family to us all - a lovely group of workers. We would recommend them to anyone, based on our experience.
- My wife and I were very impressed with the level of care my father received. All the staff were very polite and understanding of my father. They treated him with respect and dignity. The young man who sat with my dad on Thursdays and Sundays and cleaned my dad's part of the house was especially goodto him.
- A few teething problems at the start of my mother-in-law's care however these have now been resolved. Good understanding of her requirements and is willing to take on board any queries regarding how her needs are met. Will try to accommodate and assist where possible around my working schedule - notjust there to support my mother-in-law but her family too.
I don’t know what I would do without the carers. They are my stars, and have helped me so much with many day to day tass I was struggling to do.
